As Vice President of The Westmount Companies, Rick brings 30 years of business and management experience to Westmount. Over the past eighteen years, Rick has grown Westmount to include: development of over $100 million of affordable housing, property management of over 600 units of affordable and market-rate housing including Section 8, HFA financed, Tax Credit properties, development consultation, and a strategic partnership with Michaud Company for traditional brokerage.

Rick uses his unique innovation and creativity to build new or help transform outdated and or vacant properties into captive, high-quality, functioning developments. Rick oversees all aspects of operations from development to property management and construction.

Ann Werner

Regional Property manager

AHM, LlHTC, CHM, BOS, FHS

Ann is currently the Regional Property Manager and Compliance Specialist for Westmount Management. She has over 16 years of experience specific to Management of Affordable Housing and has worked in other areas of real estate before that. While Ann was with Urbane Restoration, she was both a Property Manager and Interior Designer. Ann specialized in Kitchen and Bath design where she gained extensive experience in both plumbing and design.

Currently, Ann is involved with several projects as a Regional Manager and as a consultant for compliance. She oversees 15 employees and is responsible for over 500 units of housing, and assists with all development activities. 

Ann brings a deep knowledge of the housing industry to Westmount and is a valuable contributor to the team and its clients.  Ann is committed to clients providing personalized, loyal service on a daily basis.

Fran Cottiero

FINANCIAL MANAGER

With over 30 years of accounting experience, 13 in the real estate development and management industry, Fran is responsible for all of the accounting functions for the properties Westmount develops and manages.  She holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, and is a Tax Credit Compliance Specialist.
